Cdr. Vinod Lok - Director Diving Division
The diving division is headed by Cdr. Vinod Lok (Retd, Indian Navy), with over 20 yrs experience as diving specialist in the Indian Navy. His professional qualifications include Deep Diving course � IndianNavy , Deep Diving & Salvage Course United States Navy,(each of 1yr plus duration) and Saturation Diving Course INPP France( 26 weeks ) . His professional experience profile encompasses wide exposure to entire gamut of diving activities namely hands on experience of over 10 yrs as a diving supervisor in planning and execution of diving & salvage operations, diving instructor , project Manager for Indian Navys acquisition of first Dynamic Positioning enabled Dive Support Vessel with 300 m Saturation Diving System . The scope included installation supervision and DNV / LLOYDs certification of saturation diving system. As a senior diving officer, he has held appointment as Command Diving Officer Western Naval Command for over 04 yrs.As a direct reportee to the Commander - In � Chief ,the job entailed strategic planning and execution of offensive / peace time diving operations on Indian western seaboard extending over 2000 kms . Diving assests under operational control included multiple diving vessels , shore based diving units and over 300 professional divers .
Capt. S.E Demello – Capt. Superintendent
Qualification : - (Master Mariner – FG)
Experience : - 30 years of sailing experience including over 15 years of command experience on various types of ships. He joined Yak Group in 2005 as Capt. Superintendent.
Capt. Kuldip Singh Sandhu
Capt. K.S Sandhu joined the DP filed in Aug 1998 after 28 years of active service in the Indian Navy having commanded various frontline ships. He has served in Multi Support vessels, Diving Support Vessels, Well Stimulation Vessels and Offshore Supply Vessels in various capacities from Chief Officer (Sr. DPO), Night Master and Master. He has 12 years of experience in the DP filed.
A highly qualified and experienced master, he is a qualified DP Operator as per NI standards. Presently he is serving as Director of Yak DP Training Centre at CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai set up by Kongsberg, Norway, the global leader in DP Industry.
Mr. Chanderjit Yadav - Trustee and Director
Qualification :- MCom, MBA (International Trade), GNIIT, Microsoft Certified Professional, BrainBench Certified Professional
Experience :- Chanderjit is Business Development Director with Yak Group since 1999.
Mr. Surjit - Director & Trustee
Qualification :- M.E (Structure), B.E (Civil).
Experience :- Eight years of construction and building experience in various projects.
