FACILITIES
The institute is headquartered in over 10,000 Sqft office located at CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, INDIA. The campus is independently located over 22 acres of land at khopoli (approx 50 Kms from Mumbai) and is well equipped with all modern facilities. The institute has a huge size swimming pool of depth upto 22ft, length upto 30 mtrs and width upto 20 mts. The other facilities include a diving tower of 37ft and a underwater welding tank upto 16ft deep.
The other facilities include restaurant and AC accommodation for outstation visitors.
INSTRUCTIONAL EQUIPMENT
The Institute utilizes a number of resources for instructional equipment like library, projectors, video and digital cameras, computers.

Everything you would ever expect to find in a resort/retail environment of the most modern design is at Yak Diving Academy; we make available Yak’s equipment that is appropriate to your program of study.
Yak Diving Academy
With a aim to diversify its bouquet of professional courses offered, the Group spearheaded to establish India’s first ever Commercial Diving Training Academy in sep 2008, to offer a range of Diving Courses. The courses prepare individuals for an exciting career in offshore industry. Academy will be shortly affiliated with IDSA (International Diving School Association) France and offer accredited courses with global acceptance. The academy is located at our Khopoli Maharashtra on a 30 acre campus which also houses, Yak Maritime Academy. Diving academy is being built with a aim to create infrastructure of international standard which includes 50 m * 30 m ( 25 Ft deep ) swimming pool, a 12 m tall diving tower and a 4.5 m special water tower for underwater cutting / welding, Under water non destructive testing training including videography, MPI, UT etc. In addition to professional diving courses, the academy will also be offering recreational SCUBA diving courses for students / corporate, in association with PADI USA. Academy has capacity to house around 100 plus diving trainees at any given time.

Yak Diving Services Pvt Ltd incorporated in 2008, a Group Company of the YAK Group, with a objective to provide entire spectrum of underwater services for inshore & offshore industry. The company is headed by Commander Vinod Lok , an ex – Navy ( US Navy and INPP France, trained ) Deep Sea Diving & Salvage Officer with over 20 yrs field experience, supported by a team of 8 - 10 highly skilled divers with average experience of 15 yrs each in underwater project execution. We are well equipped to undertake following u/w tasks in Pan India and offshore regions:
Underwater construction services namely pre – eng survey, clamp / riser installation.
